Change is a given.
Losing yourself doesn’t have to be.
Life has a way of shifting; sometimes gently, sometimes all at once. Whether you’re navigating the emotional waves of postpartum, adjusting to midlife changes, facing the challenges of perimenopause, redefining yourself after divorce, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the mental load of parenthood, therapy can offer a grounded place to reconnect with yourself.
Hi,
I’m so glad
you’re here.
As a person-centered counselor, my approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I use evidence-based tools like cognitive behavioral and rational emotive behavioral therapy to help identify unhelpful thought patterns, reframe your perspective, and develop strategies that align with your values and goals. I’m solution-focused by nature, always respecting the pace and path of your individual journey.
I’ve been a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas since 2012, and I hold a Master of Science in Community Mental Health from Texas Woman’s University. Over the years I’ve worked across nonprofits, private practice, and national managed care organizations- developing clinical programs at the intersection of mental and physical health. That range has given me a deep understanding of the whole person, not just the symptoms that bring someone into therapy.
